Your life is spiralling more and more into stress, anger and resentment of something or someone. Who are you becoming? What are you doing? Where are your actions leading you?
Join today’s conversation as to why you as an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), High Net Worth (HNW) or affluent professional woman should consider spiritual counselling whilst looking carefully at a troubling situation of yours, in addition to taking the most appropriate risks that you feel you would be able to handle. By risks, that is meant the steps that you take to reach a solution, i.e., low level steps (where you already know the outcome by making a particular action in order to receive the result that you want), medium level steps (where you have a good idea of the outcome by making a particular action in order to receive a desired result and you can cope with an adjustment of that action to achieve a solution), or high level steps (where you have limited or negligible control on the outcome of an idea through a hybrid of known and created actions in order to receive a desired result, where you may resort to unknown practices or an amended course of actions to enable a better solution).
Time is of the essence for you. You want to achieve as much as possible as the years fly by. You are getting older and you feel there is still so much that you want to do before you die.
Time is of the essence for you. You want to achieve as much as possible as the years fly by. You are getting older and you feel there is still so much that you want to do before you die.
Mingled into this area of your life are the expectations of others. The others who are YOUR life partner (husband, fiance, boyfriend, gentleman friend, wife, girlfriend, lover, lady friend). The others who are YOUR family (near and distant, bloodline and step family). The others who are YOUR ‘friends’. The others who are YOUR colleagues. The others who are stakeholders in YOUR life.
You are an UHNW, HNW or affluent professional woman and you have experienced a myriad of life trials and tribulations. You have been through levels of hate, stress, anger, self loathing, emotional upheaval, tears and tantrums. You have also danced along your life journey in the giddiness of vitality, joy, happiness, affection, glee, love, elation and adoration.
So, you are what you are and that is an affluent woman. You are shy or an introvert. Perhaps with low level autism. You live in an affluent home. You live an affluent lifestyle. You have weight fluctuations. You have dietary impulses. You have relationship quandaries. Yet right now; today, you still ask the question. You ask the question and you want the answer. You have sought consultations from elsewhere. You have spent funds on finding a solution. You do not have the time to read all the literature to find your particular solution. You want help. You want help now. You will look wherever you can to find the help that you need.
You want someone to take you from where you are now with an issue/problem and assist you in alleviating it. As this alleviation aids not only YOU, but it will impact positively, calmly and creatively on your interactions with your home life, your social life and your professional life. Just keep doing what you are doing (“keep on keeping on”) will suffice you for a while until the doing stops being productive for you. This issue/problem of yours has been developing unknown to you for quite a while. It will take a measure of time and effort between you and your counsellor to undo what has been done. But when the issue/problem has been rectified you will have a ‘go to’ individual to help support you in other times of crises. As this is an investment in yourself that will last you for a lifetime. That will aid YOUR well-being. That will enable YOU to feel safe and secured as never before. That will help to keep YOUR mind at rest. That will help to make YOU whole again. In mind, body and spirit. In your day to day activities.
